Is the app free?

Yes, during our Early Access. All Daily Walks and Treks are free to explore.

How do I start a walk?

Choose a Daily Walk for a quick reset or select a Trek for a deeper experience. Press play and start walking. Your phone can stay in your pocket.

What’s a Trek?

Treks are guided self-care walks mapped to real paths. Each one includes audio guidance, location-based prompts, and reflection points.

What’s a Daily Walk?

Daily Walks are short, guided audio sessions (18–20 min) for clarity and calm. You can take them anytime - during a commute, break, or walk around the block.

What’s a Wellness Focus?

Before you walk, you’ll choose a focus like calm, clarity, energy, or reflection. This helps Mindtrek suggest walks that match your mood or intention.

Can I walk without GPS or location?

Daily Walks work anywhere. However, Treks rely on GPS to align prompts with your physical route.

Where is Mindtrek available?

Daily Walks are available everywhere. Treks are currently live in NYC, with more cities coming soon.

Can I track my progress?

Yes. You’ll see time spent walking, your chosen wellness focuses, and a reflection log after each walk - like a walking journal you build over time.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app: go to You → Profile Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. If you need help, please contact us at support@mindtrek.app.

How can I report a bug or issue?

We’re so grateful you’re testing Mindtrek in its early days. It might be a little rough around the edges, and your feedback really helps us improve.
