What are we creating together?

What is a good first project?

Most collaborations begin with one focused experience around a specific place, audience, and intention. That could be a brand walk, a hotel guest experience, a destination route, a launch walk, or a team experience. We start small enough to test, but design it so it can grow into a campaign, series, community challenge or longer-term experience.

Does the experience have to live in the app?

Not necessarily. The Mindtrek app is our optimized delivery layer and the home of our signature Trek format, but the studio work always starts with the people, the place, and the intention. Some experiences live inside the app. Others can become standalone walks, launches, gatherings, or campaign moments. We choose the format that best serves the experience.

How does our brand or place show up in the experience?

Your brand or place is woven into the experience through the intention, route, story, tone, prompts, visual language, and moments people move through. It can appear inside the Mindtrek app, in launch materials, in physical touchpoints, or as part of a shared walk or campaign. The goal is not to interrupt the experience with branding, but to make what you stand for something people can feel.

How do people find it or join?

Where your people already are, and through Mindtrek. On-site at your hotel or destination, around your events, ambassadors, and community, and in the Mindtrek app when it fits. The strongest launches combine more than one.

How long does it take, and how involved do we need to be?

Usually a few weeks from intention to launch. We lead the writing, composition, and production. You're in at the start to shape the intention, audience, route, and fit, then again before launch for credit and activation. Light touch in between.

Can we include an expert, guide, or brand voice?

Yes. We can bring in a relevant expert, guide, artist, teacher, or local voice to co-create or voice the experience. The right voice adds depth, trust, and a stronger connection to the place.

Can we build a campaign or challenge around it?

Absolutely, and you don't have to. That's the range. At its lightest, the experience lives in the Mindtrek app and earns its own reach: people can find it, take it anywhere, and share it, with no heavy lift from you. From there it scales up as far as you want, into a launch moment, an event, an ambassador walk, a product drop, or a seasonal challenge your community moves through together. A campaign or challenge is often the strongest way to activate the audience you're making this for. We help you find the right level.

Can technology or augmented layers be part of it?

Yes, when they make the real place more meaningful. A Trek can include audio, maps, location-based prompts, digital touchpoints, challenges, QR or NFC moments, and, where useful, augmented-reality elements. But we do not add technology for its own sake. The place, the people, and the intention lead. Technology supports the experience.
