Who is Mindtrek for?

For anyone whose head is too loud and wants a better way to quiet it.

Mindtrek is for busy, city-stretched people who already know a walk helps but can't always get out the door, or can't switch off once they do. We turn an ordinary walk into a real reset. Not another chore. Just a walk that actually lands.

Is this just another meditation app?

No. You don’t sit still. You move. Guidance meets you in motion.

Walking seems ordinary. What are the benefits?

That’s exactly the point. We turn something ordinary into something that actually helps.

Most people feel a shift - calmer mood, sharper focus - after just one 20-minute walk. The longer the walk the better. Stick with it for 120 minutes a week, and you’ll start building real mental and physical resilience. And science backs it up, learn more here.

Won’t another app just add more screen time?

Not this one. Mindtrek is designed to reduce screen time,. not compete for it.

We see it as a digital gateway to the real world. Instead of staying inside, scrolling for relief, or queuing up another wellness hack video, you go outside and feel it for yourself.

How can I fit Mindtrek into my day?

Already walking? Take us with you.

Daily Walks are 15 to 20 minutes, designed for quick resets in moments you already have: on your commute, between meetings, running errands, after a workout, or on a weekend stroll. No pressure, no gear, just start walking.

Treks are longer, 30 to 90 minutes, for a deeper reset and more intentional time outside. Choose based on your mood, your location, or your schedule.

Can I bring friends on a walk?

Most walks are designed to be taken solo, to give you space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with yourself. But you can absolutely bring a friend. Many people enjoy walking and sharing reflections together. It's your walk. Do it your way.

Do I need to be in NYC to use Mindtrek?

Not at all. Daily Walks work from anywhere, with new audio content every day. Our longer, location-specific Treks are launching first in NYC, but we're expanding soon. Want us in your city? Contact us. We're just getting started.

Can I contribute as a wellness expert?

Yes, and we'd love that. We're building a founding circle of expert voices to help shape the future of walking for the mind. You can co-create Daily Walks or full Treks, share your perspective, and be featured in the app with your own expert profile.
