Daily Walks are 15 to 20 minutes, designed for quick resets in moments you already have: on your commute, between meetings, running errands, after a workout, or on a weekend stroll. No pressure, no gear, just start walking.
Treks are longer, 30 to 90 minutes, for a deeper reset and more intentional time outside. Choose based on your mood, your location, or your schedule.
Most walks are designed to be taken solo, to give you space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with yourself. But you can absolutely bring a friend. Many people enjoy walking and sharing reflections together. It's your walk. Do it your way.
